Safety is a foundational value at Engineered Systems. In the material handling industry, safety is not optional, but is essential to protect our employees, our customers, and the environments in which our systems operate. Safety is a responsibility we take seriously and reinforce from the ways we train and equip our team to how we handle every project and service call.
As Engineered Systems continues to grow, now serving customers across four states with ten office locations throughout the Southeast, it is important to ensure that safety remains at the forefront of our minds. With a growing team, maintaining a consistent and proactive culture requires strong leadership, accountability, and engagement at every level.
To show our commitment to safety, Engineered Systems introduced the Annual Safety Award to recognize employees who demonstrate dedication to safety, leadership, and continuous improvement. This award highlights individuals who not only follow safety protocols but actively contribute to strengthening our safety culture across the company.
